D&H Supported Living is dedicated to providing assistance to individuals who need support for their mental health and learning disabilities. This includes individuals diagnosed with conditions such as ADHD, Down Syndrome, high-functioning autism, learning disabilities, mental health disorders, and behavioural difficulties. Our goal is to empower these individuals to live independently by creating a safe and culturally sensitive environment. We strive to address any issues outlined in their care plan, tailoring our support to meet their specific needs.
We provide a wide range of services aimed at promoting socialization, community integration, culinary skills development, job and benefit application assistance, vocational skill building, and engagement in social activities. Key workers are assigned to each individual in order to support the development of both new skills and existing skills.
